(NECA) filed a further modification to the interstate average schedule formulas. In this filing, NECA proposes interim modifications for the period from January 1, 1998 through June 30, 1998, that are necessary to conform average schedule settlements to the Commission's new rules in the Universal Service Proceeding, CC Docket No. 96-45, and the Access Charge Reform Proceeding, CC Docket No. 96-262, which become effective on January 1, 1998. Interested parties may file comments on NECA's filing on or before November 26, 1997. Reply comments may be filed on or before December 3, 1997, with the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Room 222, Washington, D.C. 20554.
