AICC further requests that the Commission promptly issue a cease and desist order directing Ameritech to rescind its purchases of Republic's assets. Interested parties should file comments on AICC's motion by November 10, 1997, and reply comments by November 25, 1997, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
