Pacific's CAM revisions reflect the addition of incidental InterLATA services as a nonregulated activity. Pacific states it was authorized to provide these services pursuant to section 271(g) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Also, as directed by the Payphone CAM Order, DA 97-1244, Pacific changes its cost pool for Account 5010, Public telephone revenue, to "Directly Assigned to Nonregulated." Parties may file comments on the proposed revisions no later than October 20, 1997. Replies should be filed by November 4, 1997. Comments should reference file number AAD 97- 102.
