No. 73, Transmittal No. 2647, Order, DA 971587  {O<'(1997). (Order). SWBT alleges that if its cost support data is subject to the protective  X4order set forth in the Order, it will suffer serious and irrevocable harm. According to SWBT, the Common Carrier Bureau exceeded its authority when it  X4imposed the standard protective order approved in the Streamlined Tariff Filing Order to a  X4nonstreamlined tariff filing.$( {O_"' "3 ԍIn re Implementation of Section 402(b)(1)(A) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Report and Order, 12  {O)#'FCC Rcd 2170 (1997) (Streamlined Tariff Filing Order).
