Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 97-1131 PLEADING CYCLE ESTABLISHED FOR COMMENTS REGARDING APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW OF PAYPHONE CEI PLAN ORDERS CC Docket No. 96-128 Released: May 29, 1997 On May 15, 1997, the American Public Communications Council and the Inmate Calling Service Providers Coalition each filed a consolidated application for review of the Common Carrier Bureau's April 15, 1997 orders regarding the Comparably Efficient Interconnection (CEI) plans for the payphone services of Ameritech (DA No. 97-790), Bell Atlantic (DA No. 97-791), BellSouth (DA No. 97-792), NYNEX (DA No. 97-795), Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell (DA No. 97-794), SWBT (DA No. 97-795), and US West (DA No. 97-796). Interested parties should file comments on the applications for review by June 30, 1997,and reply comments by July 14, 1997, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554. In addition, parties should send one copy to Janice Myles, Common Carrier Bureau, FCC, Room 544, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554, and to one copy to International Transcription Service, Inc. (ITS), the Commission's contractor for public service records duplication.
