("GCI") filed a Petition for Reconsideration of an order approving a cost allocation plan for Alascom, Inc. that contains methods for apportioning service costs between Bush and Non-Bush locations in the State of Alaska. In that petition, GCI contended that Alascom, Inc. had misclassified Bush and Non-Bush locations in apportioning those costs. On October 19, 1995, GCI provided a list of locations that it contends should be treated as Bush for cost allocation plan purposes (hereinafter, "additional information"). On the same day that GCI provided that list of locations, the Commission released a public notice requesting comment on the GCI Petition for Reconsideration. See generally Public Notice - General Communications, Inc. Files Petition for Reconsideration of the Order Approving the Alascom, Inc. Cost Allocation Plan, AAD 94-119, DA 95-2194 (released October 19, 1995). On October 23, 1995, a public notice (General Communications, Inc. Files Information Including List of Locations That Should be Classified as "Bush" by Alascom, Inc. in its Cost Allocation Plan, AAD 94-119, DA 95-2205) was released requesting comment on the additional information that had been filed by GCI. That public notice was intended to inform interested parties that additional information had been filed by GCI that was being included in the record of the GCI Petition for Reconsideration proceeding. The second public notice provided comment and reply dates of November 17, 1995 and November 27, 1995, on the additional information that GCI had provided on October 19, 1995. Those comment dates were in error. The additional information that GCI has provided will be considered in ruling upon GCI's Petition for Reconsideration of Alascom's Cost Allocation Plan. As a consequence, comments and reply comments on GCI's additional information should be filed on November 3, 1995 and November 13, 1995 respectively, in the proceeding on GCI's Petition for Reconsideration (AAD 94-119, DA 95-2194).
