The petitioners propose this ceiling as an alternative to billed x,party preference (BPP), contending that it could be implemented much more quickly and much less expensively than BPP. Y - xInterested parties are asked to file comments on this proposal by April 12, 1995 and Y- xkreply comments by April 27, 1995 , with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., xYWashington, DC 20554. A copy should also be sent to the Commission's contractor for public xservice records ITS, Inc., 2100 M Street, NW, suite 140, Washington DC 20037, 2028573800. xParties may inspect the pleadings in this proceeding during normal business hours, in the FCC's xxRecord Center (Room 239), 1919 M Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20554. Furthermore, parties should address both"(0*0*0*0*" proposals in a single set of comments."(0*0*0*'"Ԍ QԙxWe will continue to treat this proceeding as nonrestricted for purposes of the X- xCommission's ex parte rules.
