Pacific Bell states that its Calling Number Delivery Individual Calling Line Identification (ICLID) and Bulk Calling Line Identification (BCLID) ONA services cannot be offered without tariffing the passage of calling party number (CPN). Pacific Bell states that it is seeking as extension because of potential conflict with California state regulations. Pacific Bell also filed an Emergency Petition for Interim Waiver, Pending Commission Review of the Petition for Temporary Extension of Waiver. Pacific Bell requested the emergency interim waiver because the previous waiver was granted until August 3, 1995, 90 days after the reconsideration decision in the Caller ID Proceeding. See Order, DA 94-716, 9 FCC Rcd 3195 (Common Carrier Bureau 1994). The emergency petition for interim waiver of tariffing requirements for certain interstate and intrastate caller ID was granted until action is taken on the petition for temporary extension of waiver. See Order, DA 95-1720, (Common Carrier Bureau released August 3, 1995). Interested parties may file comments on the petition by August 25, 1995, and reply comments by September 5, 1995, with the Secretary, FCC, 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554.
