This Order dismisses the Requests for Review filed by Hawthorn School District 73 (Hawthorn), Vernon Hills, Illinois, seeking review of a decision issued by the Universal Service Administrative Company's Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) on April 14, 2000. The Commission received Hawthorn's Request for Review on November 17, 2000 and December 4, 2000. Under section 54.720 of the Commission's rules, any such appeal must be filed within 30 days of the issuance of the decision as to which review is sought. Documents are considered to be filed with the Commission or SLD only upon receipt. Because Hawthorn failed to timely appeal the April 14, 2000 decision to either the Commission or SLD, the Requests for Review will be dismissed without further consideration. 2.
