By the Accounting Policy Division, Common Carrier Bureau: 
 
1.      The Common Carrier Bureau (Bureau) has under consideration the above-captioned
requests for review of decisions issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal
Service Administrative Company (Administrator).  These requests seek review of decisions
issued by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company
(Administrator).
2.     The Commission's rules provide that the Bureau must issue a decision resolving a
request for review of matters properly before it within ninety days.  Due to the complexity of the
issues raised in the above-captioned requests for review, the Bureau requires additional time to
review the issues presented.  Accordingly, we extend by an additional sixty (60) days the
deadline by which the Bureau must take action regarding the instant requests for review of
decisions by the Schools and Libraries Division, except that we extend by only thirty (30) days
the deadline by which the Bureau must take action regarding the requests for review filed by
Altoona Area School District and Ralls Independent School District.  
3.     Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 54.724(a) of the Commission's
rules, 47 C.F.R.  54.724(a), that the time period for taking action in the above-captioned
requests for review of decisions by the Schools and Libraries Division IS EXTENDED BY sixty
days from the original ninety-day deadline, to September 1, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed
by Maine School Administrative District 49, Fairfield, Maine; to September 8, 2000, for the
Letter of Appeal filed by Eastern Plains Instructional Television Consortium, Logan, New
Mexico; to September 8, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by Four Bluffs Independent School
District, Corpus Christi, Texas; to September 8, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by Wilmington
CUSD #209-U, Wilmington, Illinois; to September 11, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by
Raytown Quality Schools, Raytown, Missouri; to September 8, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed
by Winterset Community School District, Winterset, Iowa; to September 8, 2000, for the Letter of
Appeal filed by Region 6 & 8 SW/CTRL/W SRc CO-OP, Marshall, Minnesota; to September 15,
2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by the Mississippi Department of Education, Jackson,
Mississippi; and to September 15, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by Schaumburg
Community Consolidated School District 54, Schaumburg, Illinois; AND EXTENDED BY
thirty days from the prior extended deadline to August 4, 2000, for the Letter of Appeal filed by
Altoona Independent School District, Altoona, Pennsylvania, and; to August 9, 2000, for the
Letter of Appeal filed by Ralls Independent School District, Ralls, Texas.
