By the Deputy Chief, Common Carrier Bureau:

1.     On October 8, 1999, the Common Carrier Bureau adopted and released an Order in
the above-captioned proceeding.  This erratum amends the Order as follows:
2.     Amend the second sentence of paragraph 3 to read, "That order also specified that
these rules would go into effect on January 1, 1999."
