                        I.  INTRODUCTION

     1.  On July 28, 1998, the Competitive Pricing Division of the Common Carrier Bureau released a
Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-referenced proceeding, DA 98-1505.  This erratum corrects
the ordering clauses and Appendix A of that order as follows:

     2.  From paragraphs 4, 5 and 6, the words "Southwestern Bell Telephone Company" are hereby
deleted.  

     3.  From Appendix A, the following line of text is hereby deleted.
