On June 15, 1998, MCI Telecommunications Corporation (MCI) filed a "Motion to Exceed Page Limitation," in the above-captioned dockets. In its motion, MCI requests that it be permitted to file a single opposition to other parties' petitions for reconsideration of the Commission's CPNI Second Report and Order exceeding the page limitation set forth the Commission's rules. The Commission received 27 petitions for reconsideration of the CPNI Second Report and Order. 2. MCI states in its motion that section 1.429(f) of the rules allows it to file an opposition of 25 pages in length to each of the 26 other petitions for reconsideration of the CPNI Second Report and Order. MCI Motion at 2. MCI proposes to file a single consolidated opposition to the other parties' petitions and requests that the Commission permit MCI to exceed the page limit for that consolidated opposition. MCI argues that a single pleading would allow MCI to organize its arguments so as to eliminate duplication and thereby facilitate the Commission's and other parties' review. Id. 3. Having reviewed MCI's motion, we conclude that it has demonstrated good cause for its request to exceed the page limitation of section 1.429(f) for an opposition to petitions for reconsideration of the CPNI Second Report and Order. We agree with MCI that a single, consolidated opposition would facilitate the Commission's and other parties' review and, therefore, we grant MCI's motion to exceed the page limitation for that opposition. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F R. 0.91 and 0.291, that the "Motion to Exceed Page Limitation" filed by MCI Telecommunications Corporation IS GRANTED.
