On June 5, 1998, the Commission convened a status conference in the above- captioned proceeding. During the status conference, the Commission made the following rulings: 2. The Commission took official notice that Defendant s name has changed from Century Telephone of Ohio, Inc. to CenturyTel of Ohio, Inc. 3. Defendant s opposition to Complainant s interrogatories dated June 1, 1998 was granted. 4. This proceeding remains restricted for ex parte purposes pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Part 1, Subpart H. 5. The deadline for filing a proposed order pursuant to Section 1.733(f)(1) was extended to June 9, 1998. 6. Parties were ordered to resubmit their Joint Statement of Stipulated Facts, Disputed Facts, and Key Legal Issues by June 11, 1998. 7. Parties were ordered to submit by June 11, 1998, a joint statement explaining what Type 1 interconnection is, and why it is not being provided, because Complainant asserts that it wants Type 1 interconnection and Defendant asserts that it wants to provide it. 8. Parties were ordered to submit any additional motions by June 11, 1998, with replies to be filed by June 16, 1998. 9.
