Except with the prior written consent of the party or other person who has designated a document to be stamped as Confidential Information, or as hereinafter provided, no Confidential Information may be disclosed to any person. For purposes of this Protective Agreement, the term "#XP\  PLQynXP#document"#XP\  PNQynXP# means all written, recorded or graphic material, and nonpaginated items such as computer tapes, diskettes, and CD ROMs, whether produced or created by a party or another person, whether produced pursuant to the Commission'#XP\  PPQynXP#s rules, subpoena, by agreement, or otherwise.
