                                  ERRATUM

      On November 25, 1997, the Commission release the Report and Order (FCC 97-396) in this
proceeding.  These errata correct errors in the released text.

      1.    This erratum amends paragraph number 343 of the Report and Order by changing
"effective thirty days after publication of the text thereof in the Federal Register" to "effective 70 days
after publication of the text thereof in the Federal Register".  This change is required to conform this
ordering clause to the correct effective date that is set out in paragraph 345, a subsequent ordering clause.

      2.    This erratum amends the fourth sentence of paragraph (h) on page 2 of Appendix A to
the Report and Order by changing "information shall filed" to "information shall be filed".

      3.    This erratum amends paragraph (e) on page 8 of Appendix A to the Report and Order
by changing "(e)" to "(4)".

      4.    This erratum amends paragraph (1) on page 9 of Appendix A to the Report and Order
by changing "(1)" to "(i)".

      5.    This erratum amends paragraph (2) on page 9 of Appendix A to the Report and Order
by changing "(2)" to "(ii)".

      6.    This erratum amends paragraph (3) on page 9 of Appendix A to the Report and Order
by changing "(3)" to "(iii)".

      7.    This erratum amends the second sentence of paragraph (a) on page 18 of Appendix A to
the Report and Order by changing "by the Commission staff, within ten business days after date the
answer is due to be filed" to "by the Commission staff, ten business days after the date the answer is due
to be filed".

      8.    This erratum amends the first sentence of paragraph (b) on page 19 of Appendix A to the
Report and Order by changing "whether the parties agree to waive the 47 U.S.C. 271(d)(6)(B) 90-day
resolution deadline" to "whether or not the parties agree to waive the 47 U.S.C. 271(d)(6)(B) 90-day
resolution deadline".

      9.    This erratum amends paragraph (d) on page 22 of Appendix A to the Report and Order
by changing "hand delivery on one of the named defendant's registered agents for service of process" to
"hand delivery on either the named defendant or one of the named defendant's registered agents for
service of process".
