On June 2, 1997, the Competitive Pricing Division of the Common Carrier Bureau released a Suspension Order (DA 97-1149) in the above docket finding that each of these transmittals raises issues of lawfulness under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended. Accordingly, that Order suspended each of these transmittals for one day, initiated an investigation, and imposed an accounting order. The Suspension Order is hereby corrected in the manner described in the following paragraphs. 2. In the first paragraph, the last sentence is corrected to read as follow: "Accordingly, we order these carriers to advance by one day the effective date of each of these transmittals and we suspend each for one day, initiate an investigation, and impose an accounting order." 3. Paragraph 10 is corrected to read as follows: 10. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 204(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  204(a), and Section 0.291 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291, each of the following carriers ADVANCE BY ONE DAY the effective date of their respective transmittals to June 2, 1997, and then each transmittal IS SUSPENDED FOR ONE DAY to June 3, 1997, and an investigation of each of these transmittals IS INSTITUTED: Bell Atlantic Telephone Companies Revisions to Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, Transmittal No. 962; GTE System Telephone Companies Revisions to Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, Transmittal No. 206; GTE Telephone Operating Companies Revisions to Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, Transmittal No. 1095; and NYNEX Telephone Companies Revisions to Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, Transmittal No. 452. 4. Paragraph 12 is corrected to read as follows: 12. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 204(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  204(a) and Sections 0.291 and 61.191 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.291 and 61.191, each of these four carriers SHALL FILE tariff revisions within five business days from the release of this Order to advance to June 2, 1997, the effective date of their respective transmittals and to accomplish the suspension of each transmittal until June 3, 1997, in accordance with this Order. For these purposes, we waive Sections 61.56, 61.58, and 61.59 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  61.56, 61.58, and 61.59. Each carrier should cite the "DA Number" of this Order as its authority for making these changes. 5. Paragraph 13 is deleted and the remaining two paragraphs are renumbered accordingly.
