The Memorandum Opinion and Order addresses service quality and infrastructure reporting issues raised in petitions filed by seven incumbent local exchange carriers, the Telecommunications Association, the International Communications Association, and the Consumer Federation of America. These petitions sought reconsideration of the Common Carrier Bureau's Service Quality Modification Order. This erratum amends the Memorandum Opinion and Order. 2.The first line of paragraph 56 of the Memorandum Opinion and Order states, that "we should require tariffing of service quality standards."
