                                  ERRATUM

By the Chief, Tariff Division, Common Carrier Bureau:
     
     1.  On July 25, 1995, the Common Carrier Bureau issued a Memorandum
Opinion and Order rejecting a waiver filed by Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell, but
setting forth the conditions under which the Bureau would grant the requested
relief.  That Order is hereby clarified in the manner described in the following
paragraph.

     2.  In paragraph 22, the phrase "Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell MAY FILE
revisions to their 1995 annual access tariffs by July 27, 1995 to become effective
August 1, 1995" should be corrected to read "Pacific Bell and Nevada Bell MAY
FILE revisions to their 1995 annual access tariffs to become effective August 1,
1995, on not less than one day's notice".
