                             ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Enforcement Division, Common Carrier Bureau:

                                 
     
1.   On December 17, 1998, the Commission released a Notice of Apparent Liability against
Business Discount Plan, Inc.   In Appendices A and B to that Order, the Commission provided
pertinent data regarding the thirty informal complaints that formed the basis for the Commission's
enforcement action.  In this Erratum, we correct line 12 of Appendix B, which concerns the
informal complaint filed by UAF Products.   

     2.   As set forth below in the revised version of Appendix B, we correct the Informal
Complaint (or "IC") Number for the UAF Products complaint to read "98-23631."  In addition,
we add to line 12 a "Notice" date of August  26, 1998, and a "BDP Response" date of September
14, 1998.
