                             ERRATUM

     Adopted:  August 17, 1998  : Released:  August 17, 1998


By the Chief, Enforcement Division:  

     
1.   On August 14, 1998, the Commission released a notice of apparent liability for forfeiture
("NAL") in the above-captioned proceeding (FCC 98-197).  

     2.   This erratum amends footnote 1 of the NAL to read as follows:  "OCI has offices
at 3530 Forest Lane, Suite 195, Dallas Texas, 75234-7910."

     3.   This erratum amends Paragraph 12 of the NAL to read as follows "IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture SHALL BE
SENT by certified mail to Thomas M. Hyatt, President, 3530 Forest Lane, Suite 195, Dallas
Texas, 75234-7910."
