Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1503(b)(1), PAUL BUNYAN RURAL TELEPHONE
COOPERATIVE  ("BUNYAN") filed a Notice of Intent to Establish an Open Video System in
various communities in Beltrami County and Hubbard County, Minnesota.  Attached to this Public
