Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1503(b)(1), WH LINK, LLC ("LINK") filed a Notice of Intent
to Establish an Open Video System in various communities in Wright County and Hennepin
County, Minnesota.  Attached to this Public Notice is a copy of the Notice of Intent filed by
