Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1503(b)(1), Paul Bunyan Rural Telephone Cooperative
("Bunyan") filed a Notice of Intent to Establish an Open Video System in various communities
in Beltrami County, Minnesota.  Attached to this Public Notice is a copy of the Notice of Intent
