         CORRECTION TO PUBLIC NOTICE FCC 01-11 REGARDING
    MERGER BETWEEN AMERICA ONLINE, INC. AND TIME WARNER, INC.
                                
On January 11, 2001, the Commission released a Public Notice, FCC 01-11 ("Subject to Conditions,
Commission Approves Merger Between America Online, Inc. and Time Warner, Inc.").  In the Public Notice,
the paragraph immediately following the heading "Instant Messaging" uses the phrase "such as AIM 4.1." 
This phrase should be amended to read "such as AIM 4.3" so that it conforms with the ordering clauses of
the Memorandum Opinion and Order released January 22, 2001 [FCC 01-12] in CS Docket No. 00-30.
