On February 21, 2001, the Cable Services Bureau released Public Notice DA 01-469
("Terminating Proceeding Regarding City Signal Communications, Inc. Petition for Declaratory Ruling
Concerning Use of Public Rights of Way for Access to Poles in Eastlake, Ohio Pursuant to Section 253"). 
The docket number shown in the caption and the ordering clause is corrected to read:  CS Docket No. 01-
42.  With this correction, the ordering clause reads:
