       RCN TELECOM SERVICES, INC. FILES NOTICE OF INTENT

     
     On October 13, 2000, RCN Telecom Services, Inc. ("RCN") filed a Notice of Intent to Establish an Open
Video System in Northern New Jersey, including the counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Passaic,
