Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1503(b)(1), CTC Telcom, Inc. ("CTC") filed a Notice of Intent to
Establish an Open Video System in the Cities of Chetek and Rice Lake, Wisconsin and the Town of Chetek,
Wisconsin.  Attached to this Public Notice is a copy of the Notice of Intent filed by CTC.  CTC's
