INFINITY BROADBAND INC. FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM
                       CERTIFICATION
  
  
       Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.1502, Infinity Broadband Inc. ("Infinity") filed an application on June
  26, 2000 for certification to operate an Open Video System serving various communities in Florida. 
  Comments are due to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable
  Services Bureau, on or before June 30, 2000.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements
  set forth in 47 C.F.R. 76.1502(e).  Infinity's application is available via the Internet:
