      WESTERN INTEGRATED NETWORKS, L.L.C. FILES AN UPDATE 
                   TO STATEMENT OF OWNERSHIP


     Western Integrated Networks, L.L.C. ("WIN") has obtained Commission certification to operate Open
Video Systems in Southern California.  Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1502, WIN filed an update to the
Statements of Ownership associated with the foregoing certifications stating that WIN has acquired additional
investors resulting in changes to its ownership structure.  WIN's notification is available via the Internet:
