DECOM CORP. FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION


     Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.1502, DeCom Corp. ("DeCom") filed an application on February 23, 2000 for
certification to operate an Open Video System in the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. 
Comments are due to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable Services
Bureau, on or before February 28, 2000.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in
47 C.F.R. 76.1502(e). DeCom's application is available via the Internet:
