Citrus County asks whether a group of homes within an unincorporated subdivision of the county would be considered a multiple dwelling unit ('MDU') that is exempt from the uniform rate requirement pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.984(c)(2). For purposes of our ex parte rules, this proceeding will be considered as non-restricted pursuant to Section 1.1206 of the Commission's rules ("Permit-but-disclose proceeding").
