          DIGITAL ACCESS INC. FILES AN APPLICATION FOR
                OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION


     Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.1502, Digital Access, Inc. ("Digital Access") filed an application on
November 23, 1999 for certification to operate an Open Video System in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan
area.  Comments are due to be filed with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable
Services Bureau, on or before November 29, 1999.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the
requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. 76.1502(e).  Digital Access' application is available via the Internet:
