 DIGITAL BROADCASTING OVS, LLC FILES AN UPDATE TO STATEMENT OF
  OWNERSHIP AND CHANGES NAME TO AMERICAN DIGITAL NETWORK, INC.


     Digital Broadcasting OVS, LLC ("DBOVS") has obtained Commission certification to operate Open
Video Systems in Southern California, Northern California, and Puerto Rico.  Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 
76.1502, DBOVS filed an update to the Statements of Ownership associated with the foregoing certifications
stating that DBOVS has made certain changes in its ownership structure, including converting to a Delaware
corporation and changing its name to American Digital Network, Inc. ("ADN").  DBOVS' notification is
