    COSERV, L.L.C. WITHDRAWS APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM
                          CERTIFICATION



On March 5, 1999, CoServ L.L.C. ("CoServ") filed a request to withdraw its application for Open Video
System certification in 19 Texas Communities (FCC Public Notice, DA 99-436, rel. March 3, 1999). 
CoServ's request to withdraw is without prejudice to refiling in the future.
