COSERV, L.L.C. FILES AN APPLICATION FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION


     Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.1502, CoServ, L.L.C. ("CoServ") filed on February 26, 1999 an
application for Open Video System certification in 19 Texas communities.  Comments are due to be filed with
the Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable Services Bureau, on or before March 3,
1999.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47 C.F.R. 76.1502(e).
