 CERTIFICATION WITHDRAWAL OF THE WEST VIRGINIA CABLE TELEVISION
                         ADVISORY BOARD

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 76.917, on a state-wide basis, the West Virginia Cable Television Advisory
Board withdrew its certification to regulate basic cable rates and associated equipment.  Local Franchising
Authorities may become individually certified  to regulate basic cable rates and associated equipment within
their jurisdiction by filing FCC Form 328 with the Commission's Cable Franchising Certification Authority,
1919 M Street, N.W.  20554.  A copy of this Public Notice is available via the Internet at
