LYNCSTAR INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS, LLC FILES AN APPLICATION FOR
      OPEN VIDEO SYSTEM CERTIFICATION FOR AURORA, COLORADO


     Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  76.1502, Lyncstar Integrated Communications, LLC ("Lyncstar") filed an
application for Open Video System certification on July 31, 1998.  Comments are due to be filed with the
Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Bureau Chief, Cable Services Bureau, on or before August  5,
1998.  Comments must be filed in accordance with the requirements set forth in 47  C.F.R.    76.1502(e).
