FCC, 56 F.3d 151 (D.C. Cir. 1995). This order, among other  xkthings, amended 47 C.F.R.  76.922 (Rates for the basic service tier and cable programming  xservices tiers) and 76.913 (Assumption of jurisdiction by the Commission). Because they  x<imposed new or modified information collection requirements, these particular rule changes could  xinot become effective until approved by the Office of Management and Budget ("OMB") pursuant  xto the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Pub. L. No. 10413. OMB approved these rule changes on August 13, 1997.
