(collectively "Cablevision") filed a petition for special relief seeking a determination under Section 76.1503(c)(2)(v)(B) of the Commission's rules that the participation of Cablevision, an in-region cable operator, as a programmer on RCN-BETG's open video system will not significantly impede facilities-based competition. Based upon its requested finding, Cablevision also seeks all relevant information regarding the availability of programming capacity on RCN- BETG's open video system in Boston, Massachusetts and forty-seven surrounding suburban communities. Persons wishing to file comments regarding the petition for special relief may do so no later than June 9, 1997. Reply comments may be filed no later than June 19, 1997.
