The Commission is seeking comment on the Proposed Resolution received from Century Communications Corporation ("Century") to resolve rate complaints in certain communities in the Los Angeles, California area. By letter of December 5, 1996, Century has requested additional time to submit reply comments in order to facilitate on-going discussions regarding certain changes in the Proposed Resolution suggested by commenters. For good cause shown, the Bureau is extending the deadline for filing reply comments to December 23, 1996.
