The Commission is seeking comment on the Proposed Resolution received from Century Communications Corporation ("Century") to resolve rate complaints in certain communities in the Los Angeles, California area. The City of Beverly Hills filed comments but requested additional time to submit supplemental comments. It explained that it had requested and received additional information from Century but had not had adequate time to review the information before comments were due. Century advises that it has no objection to an extension of time. For good cause shown, the Bureau is extending the deadline for filing comments to November 8, 1996 and reply comments to November 25, 1996.
