     Pursuant to Commission Order, Bell Atlantic - New Jersey, Inc. ("BA-NJ") filed an
Election of Open Video System and Motion for Extension of Time to Complete OVS Transition
on October 7, 1996.  Comments on the Motion for Extension of Time are due to be filed with
