                REMOVAL OF CANADIAN COORDINATION CONDITION
                   FROM REGIONAL NARROWBAND PCS LICENSES



Between January 23, 1995 and May 11, 1995, the Commission granted thirty licenses for regional
narrowband Personal Communications Service (PCS) which contained a condition that required
the licensee to conduct future frequency coordination of any base station transmitters within 72
kilometers (45 miles) of the United States/Canada border to eliminate any harmful interference
to operations in the adjacent foreign territory and to ensure continuance of equal access to the
frequencies by both countries.

The use of narrowband PCS frequencies along the US/Canada border is governed by the "Interim
Sharing Agreement for the Bands 901-902 MHz, 930-931 MHz, and 940-941 MHz."  All
narrowband PCS licensees are subject to this Interim Sharing Agreement.  Accordingly, the
specific frequency coordination condition that was applied to these regional narrowband PCS
licensees is not necessary and will be removed from these licenses.
