Because of the delayed Federal Register publication of Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Definition
of Markets for Purposes of the Cable Television Mandatory Broadcast Signal Carriage Rules, CS
Docket 95-178, FCC 95-489 (released December 8, 1995), the comment and reply comment dates
are extended.  Comments will be due February 5, 1996 and reply comments February 26, 1996.
