DA 95-87 January 20, 1995 CABLE SERVICES BUREAU ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE UNDER OPTIONAL PROCEDURES PLAN WITH RESPECT TO PENDING PRE-MAY 15 BENCHMARK CASES In response to requests from industry representatives, including the National Cable Television Association, the Cable Services Bureau is extending its optional procedures filing deadline with respect to pre-May 15 Benchmark cases from January 24, 1995 to February 7, 1995. This extension is being offered to accommodate those system operators who wish to use the optional procedures plan outlined in FCC Public Notice DA 94-1556 but who are unable to meet the original deadline. Operators who are able to file by the originally announced due date of January 24, 1995, are encouraged to do so. We do not expect that further extensions of this due date will be granted.
