DA 95-2258 October 30, 1995 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION ON TELE-COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Tele-Communications, Inc. ("TCI") has forwarded to the Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") a Proposed Resolution to settle complaints filed against TCI regarding the rates charged for cable programming service offerings. At issue are 1,370 complaints filed against TCI covering the period September 1, 1993, through May 14, 1994, and 613 complaints filed against TCI for the period May 15, 1994, through the present. Also at issue are six cost-of-service rate justifications. Combined, these cases involve approximately 4,571,000 subscribers. In the context of discussions with the Commission regarding the resolution of the issues raised by the complaints, TCI provided the Commission with new written information. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  1.1204(b)(7), the Commission has determined that service of this material on all parties to the proceeding would be unduly burdensome because of the number of parties involved. Thus, this notice is being issued in lieu of service for the purpose of notifying the public that copies of the new materials submitted by TCI are included in the record of the proceedings and are available for public inspection in the Cable Services Bureau's public reference room, Room 333 at 2033 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
