1. This erratum corrects an error in the text of the Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FCC 01-22) in this proceeding released on January 23, 2001. The text will be published as corrected in the Federal Register and in the FCC Record.
2. The released text of paragraph 147 is replaced with the following:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission WILL PUBLISH a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of the revisions to Part 76 of the Commission's rules, as set forth in Appendix D, upon OMB approval of the information collection requirements contained in these revisions.
