On May 18, 2001, Heritage Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a TCI of Central Iowa ("TCI-CI") and the City of Urbandale, IA ("City") filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw appeals of local rate orders adopted by the City. In its motion, TCI-CI and the City requests that the appeals, requests for emergency stay, as well as all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. This withdrawal resolves all pending BST rate matters involving TCI-CI and the City. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate orders filed by Heritage Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a TCI of Central Iowa and the City of Urbandale, Iowa IS GRANTED and the appeals and emergency stay requests ARE DISMISSED. 3.
