On April 19, 2001, in response to a request from The National Association of Broadcasters, the Association for Maximum Service Television, Inc., and the Association of Local Television Stations, Inc. (collectively filing as "Broadcasters"), we extended the time to file comments and reply comments in the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("FNPRM") in the above-captioned proceeding to June 11, 2001 and July 21, 2001, respectively. Recognizing that the FNPRM initially provided 45 days between the due date for comments and replies, we will further amend the comment period in this proceeding to ensure that interested parties have adequate time to review and respond to comments submitted. 2.
